Shipping Policy

Whiz locksmith uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Whiz locksmith control once it leaves our facilities, Whiz locksmith cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the whizlocksmith.com store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re the best and suitable for just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only in Singapore.

  • Any open product that have been tested will not be allow for return.

  • Please contact us at admin@whizlocksmith.com before you return you product.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
